Before You Personalize

Please upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet and double-check your selected finish, engraving text and other customization details before ordering. Your necklace is made specifically for you, and production time is additional to the estimated 6–12 business days of international shipping after dispatch.

Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Personalized items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly personalized, please contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Uploaded photos may be retained for an extended period for fulfillment, replacements and order-related support. Read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
