1. Accepted Payment Method
PInvella currently accepts payments through PayPal.
We use PayPal as our payment provider because it provides a widely recognized payment environment and allows payment transactions to be processed through PayPal's payment infrastructure.
2. Paying with a Credit or Debit Card
You may be able to pay for your PInvella order using a credit or debit card through PayPal.
Depending on your country, region, and the payment options presented by PayPal at checkout, you may either:
- Pay using a PayPal account with your credit or debit card linked to it; or
- Use an available PayPal guest checkout option to pay with a supported credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.
The payment options available to each customer may vary according to PayPal's policies, location, account status, and other factors.
3. Payment Security
Payment transactions are processed through PayPal.
PInvella does not intentionally store your complete credit or debit card number on our own systems.
Your payment may be subject to PayPal's applicable terms, privacy policy, and security procedures.
4. Order Processing
Orders will generally begin processing after successful payment confirmation.
If a payment is declined, pending, reversed, or otherwise cannot be successfully confirmed, order processing may be delayed until payment has been successfully completed.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved under our Refund & Return Policy, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refunded funds to appear in your account may vary depending on PayPal and your bank or financial institution.
